Vietnamese coffee.
A place on Bolsa.

We’re ViLand Coffee & Beignets, in Westminster’s Little Saigon. We like our coffee strong, our cream generous, and our beignets warm.

The ViLand counter under a slatted wood ceiling, with the lit ViLand sign, menu screens and a pastry case, as a woman in brown pants walks past.

Best while it’s warm.

Our beignets come out golden, soft in the middle, and dusted with powdered sugar. A little sugar on your fingers is part of the plan.

A hand dips a powdered-sugar beignet into a small glass cup of white cream, with a tray of beignets up front.

Our matcha starts with Uji.

Every matcha drink we make starts with premium ceremonial-grade Uji matcha. We care about quality and source the best ingredients we can find.

There’s time for a coffee.

You can take yours to go. You can also take a seat, bring a friend, and stay a while. We’re happy to be part of your day, however it looks.
